How it works:

1. We start with a PowerPoint presentation, which you can supply or we will build.

2. We script (with you) the narrative to go with each slide.

3. We professionally record the narrative.

4. We compress the sound into MP3 files.

5. We imbed the sound into each slide.

6. We time the presentation for automatic run.

7. We convert the presentation into a Quicktime Movie format.

The Expense:

Every job is unique and custom to the client. Therefore each case has to be quoted separately. For instance, if you supply a pre-existing PowerPoint presentation -- which we will tweak -- the costs are lower. If we are going to start from scratch and build the PowerPoint slides, the costs are higher. As an example, a recent project for a regional insurance company began with their presentation. We made changes to the majority of the slides, adding some new ones and deleting others. We scripted a 25 minute narration from what had been a one hour presentation when done "live". We then proceeded through the recordings, conversion to MP3, imbedding, timing and Quicktime conversion. Their cost was under $2500 and included 100 initial CDs for marketing purposes.
