Hi! As the Vice-President of Sound Marketing, my main goal is to satisfy or exceed the expectations of our clients. Although I am responsible for the duplication operations and general administrative duties (paperwork) of Sound Marketing, I also service as your customer service liaison. That means I get to have wonderful conversations with our many client-friends on a regular basis. On the personal side my attention favors my grandchildren, rock 'n roll music, fast cars -- and Emily, our little Bichon Frise!

Our newest grandchild is Miyah. She and her sister, Taylor, are the daughters of my youngest daughter Tara and her husband Rob -- who also live here in Thousand Oaks, which means we get to see a lot of Miyah and Taylor. Our two older grandchildren, Kethry and Fiona (pronounced Fee-nah) are the daughters of Jack's oldest daughter Elizabeth (we still call her Betsy) and her husband Marc. After fires, riots and earthquakes, they've chosen to live in the Minneapolis area. From my oldest daughter Melissa, we also have one little angel in heaven -- Ziara.
